Our Beverly Office

This page includes descriptions of our location, hours, a map and directions, appointment scheduling, insurance acceptance and billing policies. Our handicapped-accessible, 3rd floor location in the 900 Building of the Cummings Center is steps away from the elevator, which is around the corner when you enter through the left side door under the Medical City sign. (Acapulcos Restaurant is your landmark for the front of the 900 Building). Our office is also just off the enclosed walkway leading from the 3rd floor of the garage, which is especially convenient in inclement weather. (Cummings Center is on Route 62 in Beverly, Exit 43 off Route 128).

Appointments
We have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. It you have an emergency, you may wish to call the office directly. If for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call as soon as possible. Charges may be incurred for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment time.

Our friendly, accommodating s taf f will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. Same day appointments are available for emergencies. We offer fully computerized and electronic insurance claim submission, and credit card payments for patient convenience.

Insurance
Our office accepts a variety of HMOs, PPOs, and most insurance plans and referrals , including those from the Northeast Health System / Lahey Clinic; Salem Hospital / Mass General Brigham; and many more . Please call our your insurance carrier to verify your coverage, then call our office to verify acceptance of your insurance carrier .

Other on-site services include a Digital X-Ray Machine, laser treatments, and a special Foot Care Center with an array of footcare products and a selection of inserts, diabetic shoes and comfort shoes.
